IES supports its users, through a worldwide network of distributors with specialized technical service, trained and certified in the factory. The program includes knowledge of the products and its operation, information about repairs and maintenance, plus, about the development of new technologies.

As Distributors we are authorized to provide a service according to the high quality standards of all the equipment distributed, in addition to guaranteeing the safety and good working condition of the same, throughout its useful life.

When we deliver the equipment, you also receive a free basic workshop on routine use and maintenance.

We provide maintenance and scheduled inspections that help prevent future repairs, execute the manufacturer's service calls, among others.

The tools, equipment and accessories used in these activities, more than any other kind of equipment, must always be available and work under the circumstances for which they were designed. This is why all our equipment complies with the related international reference standards.
